Director of Admissions and Financial Aid
Charles Wright Academy is seeking a Director of Admissions and Financial Aid to join our team July 1, 2018, or earlier. This position is a full-time, year-round, exempt position, and reports to the Associate Head of School.
With the Head of School and the Associate Head of School, the Director of Admissions and Financial Aid develops a strategic vision that meets school-wide admission and enrollment goals. This person will lead the Admissions team to realize that vision through the design and implementation of both a multi-year strategy and yearly tactical action plans.
Executive Assistant to the Head of School
This position is a full-time staff appointment for the 2018-19 academic year. The Executive Assistant provides the highest level of administrative support, liaison presence, and office responsibility on behalf of the Head of School, Associate Head of School, Senior Leadership Team, and the Board of Trustees.
Lower School Early Elementary Music Teacher
This position is a 25% time, one-year faculty appointment for the 2018-19 academic year. This position includes music instruction for Junior Kindergarten, Kindergarten and First Grade.
Lower School Fifth Grade Classroom Teacher
This is a full-time faculty appointment for the 2018-19 school year. The classroom teachers at the grade level work together as a team, planning together and often co-teaching.

Payroll and Human Resources Specialist
This position is responsible for timely and accurate semi-monthly payroll production using Paylocity payroll software, maintaining and updating employee payroll files and data by regularly interfacing with human resources manager, and researching payroll related issues. The PR/HR Specialist is responsible for supporting the human resources manager with administration of various benefit plans, recruiting and on-boarding new employees, audit preparation and reporting needs, and providing customer service.
This position is a full-time faculty appointment for the 2018-19 academic year and reports directly to the Head of School, managed in concert with the Academic Division of Directors. Charles Wright has historically had a School Chaplain to attend to the spiritual needs and pastoral care of the students, families and community since its earliest years. Our school community is composed of students, staff, and families who represent many faith traditions. All Substitute positions are filled for the 2017-18 school year. We will begin accepting applications in September for the 2018-2019 school year.
