2021-2022

Daily Health Assessment Required for Campus Access

Until further notice, all students, employees and visitors to the Charles Wright Academy campus must complete a daily health assessment and must sign in and out with an authorized representative in an appropriate area of operations on campus.

Masks

All students and adults are required to wear masks while indoors, regardless of vaccination status. Students and staff may remove masks for food consumption while indoors, but must increase their physical distancing from 3 feet to 6 feet while unmasked. When students and staff are outdoors, mask wearing is optional.

Vaccines

We require proof of vaccination for all employees, volunteers, vendors, and visitors who come inside Charles Wright facilities during school hours or for school events. In some situations approved by the Head of School, unvaccinated adults in our community who wish to attend on-campus events may provide proof of a negative test instead of vaccination. You will need to show either your vaccination card or the results of a PCR (not antigen) test taken within 72 hours of the event that shows you are COVID-19 negative.

3) Within the past 14 days, has a public health or medical professional told anyone in your household to self-monitor, isolate or quarantine because of concerns about COVID-19 infection?

If the answer to ANY of the questions is YES,

you may not come to campus and should remain at or return to your home, immediately. You may need to complete a longer quarantine or seek medical certification in order to return to campus at a later date. Please see Department of Health guidelines for more information and what to do if you answered yes to any questions in the Health Screening. Employees should notify their supervisor and/or Human Resources to let them know.

The CDC has a Coronavirus Self Checker online, which may help you make decisions about seeking medical care for possible COVID-19.

These assessment questions are subject to change at any time.

If the answer to all the questions is NO,

vaccinated adults can certify such upon signing in at a designated reception area when they arrive on campus. While on campus, you must follow all hand washing, social distancing, and mask guidelines as required for Washington State.

CWA students are screened by employees when they arrive on campus.
