Athletics

The Tarrier Dome, Wight Gym, soccer, baseball, and football fields, and the track.

Performance

The Blackbox Theater, with optional technical and personnel support.

Gatherings & Celebrations

The Lower, Middle, or Upper School Commons, Bradshaw Chapel, and Upper School Library.

Meetings & Retreats

Classrooms, the Cum Laude Room, and the Middle School Library, plus outdoor add-ons like the Middle School Butterfly Courtyard.

Reduced rates are available to 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations and members of the CWA community. Contact us for availability and a full quote.

*The $65 field and gym rate is available to nonprofit organizations, CWA community members, and youth groups. Bradshaw Chapel and large event rentals are not eligible for reduced rates.

Blackbox Theater Rentals

An intimate, flexible venue for performances, recitals, and presentations. Theater rentals are booked by the day, with technical support available.

Every Rental Includes

Facility setup and breakdown
Use of on-site tables and chairs
Garbage and recycling collection
One on-site CWA staff member

Good to Know

Proof of insurance is required for all group rentals.
Depending on the scope of your event, CWA may assign additional staff at $40 per hour.
Quotes for additional equipment, resources, and event management are available upon request.
Weddings and larger events require a full-day rental.

For the Tarrier Community

CWA offers complimentary space to 501(c)(3) organizations led by CWA parents or staff members on a case-by-case basis based on usage needs and availability.

Who qualifies

Registered 501(c)(3) organizations whose leader is a CWA parent or staff member

What is included

Up to eight one-hour rentals
Up to fifteen participants per session
No more than three free facility rentals are granted per semester
