Can a building literally resonate with light and life? See for yourself. The old Lower School used to occupy a converted Italian restaurant. Now it fills one of the newest, most innovative and most exciting education buildings in the state. Designed for student-teacher bonding, easy faculty interaction and inspired learning, the Lower School is home to students from Beginning School to grade five. Learning spaces are large and high-tech, and faculty offices are located right in the classrooms. You’ll have to decide whether it’s good or bad that in none of the rooms will you smell any trace of marinara sauce.
