Simon Connor
Upper School Counselor
Simon Connor is the counselor for the Upper School, and serves students, families, faculty and staff. He enjoys working with students to resolve issues and questions in their lives.
Connor graduated from Wesleyan University in Connecticut and went on to earn his masters degree in social work at the University of Washington. He joined the faculty of Charles Wright in 2005. He is also in private practice as a psychotherapist in Seattle, and is an adjunct faculty member at the University of Washington.
Connor has played the guitar for more than 30 years and plays original songs and Grateful Dead covers in a rock band called Ultraviolet Uforia. He was born in England and holds dual citizenship. He has traveled to Burma, India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Morocco, Togo, Ghana, Mozambique, Malawi, South Africa, England, France, Spain, Belgium, Belize, Guatemala and Mexico.
