Financial Aid
One of every four CWA students receives financial aid — $2 million was awarded in 2010-2011 alone. Every January, we offer a valuable workshop for families seeking to better understand the financial aid process. Our Financial Aid Application Checklist (pdf) is available online. Families applying for aid will also need the IRS form 4506-T (pdf).
Transportation
CWA offers bus service covering the South and West Sound areas. Stops include: Gig Harbor, Bremerton, Silverdale, Port Orchard, Olympia, Dupont, Steilacoom, Federal Way, Dash Point, Kent, Auburn, Sumner, and all around Tacoma.
CWA Bus Fees for 2011-12
$2000 Unlimited bus pass*
$630 50-ride bus pass
$160 10-ride bus pass
(One ride equals one trip to or from school: a round trip equals two rides)
*Beginning in the 2011-12 school year, there will be a discount on the purchase of a second or third unlimited bus pass. The second child will pay $1000, and the third will be free. No discount on 50 or 10 ride passes.
Other costs may include lunches, books, special trips and/or events, special equipment and/or musical instruments.
