Upon completion of testing, your child will be invited to attend a Saturday observation.

After the Saturday observation is complete, you will be notified as to whether or not your child is admissible to our program.
On March 21, 2008 the first round of contracts will be mailed.
BGS/K Application Procedures and Notification
We recommend that you submit your application by January 15, 2008. This will allow time for one-on-one testing to be completed before our first group observation date on Saturday, March 8, 2008. We will continue to accept applications until our final observation day on March 22, 2008. After that time, we will review applicants to Beginning School and Kindergarten on a space available basis.

Upon completion of testing, you will be asked to give the Admissions office three possible dates that your child could come for a day long visit. For example, if your child is applying to the second grade, he or she will visit a first grade classroom.

Register for the ISEE or the SSAT. Charles Wright's ISEE code is 481368 and our SSAT code is 2304. See the Important Dates page for ISEE testing dates at Charles Wright. Although we do not administer the SSAT at Charles Wright, we will accept SSAT test scores.

Grades 1 - 12 Application Procedures and Notification
We operate on a rolling admission schedule for grades 1 - 12, welcoming applications at any point in the year. However, families with students applying for grades 1 - 12 for Fall admission are strongly encouraged to submit materials by March 1, prior to the fall of enrollment. Applications completed by this date will be guaranteed review in our first round of decisions. As soon as a decision has been reached (the candidate will either be accepted, waitlisted or denied), the applicant's family will be notified of his or her enrollment status. Applications received after this date will be considered case-by-case, and contracts will be offered on a space available basis. We encourage you to call our office at any point in the year to inquire about space in grades of interest.
