Charles Wright Academy is an independent coeducational day school offering a broad curriculum in the liberal arts. Founded in 1957, the school enrolls 720 students in grades preschool through twelve.

- Clean rooms, offices, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, stairways, and other work areas.
- Sweep, scrub, wax and polish floors, using brooms, mops and power cleaning appliances.
- Vacuum rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture.
- Dust furniture, equipment, and other items in offices and other work areas. Wash walls, woodwork, and windows as necessary.
- Empty trash into large central receptacle; transport trash and waste to disposal area. Replenish bathroom supplies as needed from storage inventory.
- Perform lock-up duties when required.
- Demonstrate knowledge of material safety data sheets and proper use of personnel protective equipment and all other safety procedures.
- Work and contribute in a team setting.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English well and follow directions as given.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to push a minimum of 25 pounds (power cleaning appliances) and ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds (trash and supplies.)
