LAUREL SEMERDJIAN Class of 2005 Now a student at the University of Southern California pursuing a degree in the vocal arts While performing at Charles Wright I had nothing but good experiences. Whether it was in Small Vocal or in Romeo and Juliet as the demon queen, I learned so much from the teachers and people around me. Even though our backstage and dressing room was the library and the wings were Ms. Huckin’s office and the wedgeroom, we made it work and managed to put on top-notch performances. That being said I know for a fact that better facilities and a place that these actors and performers could call there own would be amazing. There are some amazingly talented people at Charles Wright and giving them the chance to nurture their talent in an equally amazing facility could help to bring their performances to new levels.
