Families can pay for tuition utilizing a tuition payment plan. Our plans provide options for paying tuition in one, three, or nine payments over the course of the academic year.

Financial Aid

One of every three CWA students receives financial assistance—more than $2.1 million was awarded in 2016-2017 alone. Our Financial Aid Frequently Asked Questions will help get you started. Families applying for aid will also need to submit the IRS form 4506-T.Our priority deadlines:

  • February 1: Submit the SSS by NAIS online (Charles Wright Academy school code: 2314)
  • March 1: Submit all requested tax forms online, by email, or in person

Additional Costs
CWA offers bus service as well as breakfast, lunch, and after school snack—all for an additional charge. We do not charge a standard technology fee or sports fee. Other costs may include books, special trips, sports equipment, and musical instruments—some of which can be covered by financial aid for families who qualify.

Lower School offers enrichment programs and clubs after school, as well as after care for students age 5 and older, at an additional cost. Middle School after care is included with tuition.
