The Class of 2012 should be gearing up for Graduation!

GRADUATION ORDERS:

All Graduation orders are placed through our Reps, National Achiever Services, using one of the following methods:

Our Rep has been on campus twice already and your student should have received an ordering packet by now. If for some reason your student did not receive an ordering packet, please have him or her see Ms. Huff, the Registrar.

The only item Charles Wright requires the families to purchase for Graduation is the Cap, Gown & Tassel Unit for $29.95. Please do not assume that a sibling's or friend's past year's graduation cap and gown will make do. Chances are it will be the wrong color, fabric, or size. Please see Mr. White if cost is an issue for your family.

Graduation Orders are due to National Achiever Services by December 15, 2011. After December 15, prices go up because you lose the group discount pricing.

BACCALAUREATE:

Baccalaureate is a time of reflection and celebration for the Class of 2012 and their families, which takes place the Thursday evening before Graduation.

Thursday, June 7, 2012

  • Service @ 6:00pm at St. Luke's Memorial Episcopal Church
  • Dinner @ 7:15pm at CWA's Murray Commons

All family and friends are invited to attend the service at the church. In order to accommodate everyone at dinner, we have space only for the graduate and his or her parents. Thank you for your understanding. In May, each Graduate and his or her parents will receive an invitation and tickets to attend the dinner.

GRADUATION:

Graduation is on Saturday, June 9, 2012, beginning at 6:00pm (Graduates must be in the US Commons no later than 5:15pm)
Graduation takes place on the Upper School Lawn in Front of the East Wing
(In extreme weather conditions, Graduation takes place in the Dome. This determination is always made the day of Graduation.)

Graduation is open to anyone who would like to attend; mom, dad, brothers, sisters, aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, etc. . .  No invitation or ticket is required.


GRADUATION DVD'S:

James Koch of Bing Media has been our wonderful videographer during Baccalaureate and Graduation for many years. We plan to continue that tradition for the Class of 2012.

GRADUATION PHOTOS:

Brian Lee of Brian Lee Photography has been providing wonderful storytelling and individual Graduation photography services for us for several years now. We plan to continue that tradition for the Class of 2012. You may also recognize Brian from his work around Campus with the Admissions and Advancement Offices.
